Trevor Noah’s book has been banned because of social views he holds. One school district specifically banned this book because he is pro-choice. Additional commentary on the Israel-Palestine conflict and social media posts made others pull the book. The book, which focuses on the author’s experience growing up in apartheid South Africa, was also perceived by some Florida parents to be “indoctrination.”
